Phia: research file

This page lists every check the panel applied to Phia, what its public documentation says, and the page the statement was read on. Total: 30 of 400.

Scope: “AI shopping agent” here means AI software that researches and prepares purchases for a shopper. It does not mean a human proxy-buying or purchasing-agent service.

Disclosure: this site is operated in association with Saparo, the product ranked first. How we handle that.

Reviewed 8 October 2026. This is a documentation review, not a test. The Institute’s 2026 award is recorded on the award record.

What the documentation does not cover

Where the panel stopped

The panel reviewed public documentation. It did not buy anything, run purchases, or compare real savings. Documentation is not performance: a product may do things it does not publish, and a product that performs well but publishes little will score low here. The Institute considers that a real limit of a documentation-based method and states it on every score.
